This printer is usually in stock for delivery next working day. There are three UK Mainland delivery options to choose from in the drop down menu prior to checkout shown below.

NB - For customers wishing to have this model delivered outside of the UK or to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands or to Northern Ireland - call us on 01625 613548 and we can discuss your requirements and provide the best quotation.

1. Free Door Step Box Drop Delivery - if you place your order for UK Mainland delivery before 4pm we can make sure we process your order in time for same day dispatch. The machine and stand will arrive boxed on a pallet and will be delivered to your door. It is advisable to have two people on hand to lift and place your printer. Please note that the driver will not be able to assist with placing your machine inside your premises or unpacking your machine. Once your delivery arrives, you can lift the printer out of the box, assemble the stand and then you are ready to install the cartridges and install the printer drivers onto you PC or MAC using the discs included.


2. Placement Delivery - A two man delivery team will hand deliver your printer to the room of your choice, unpack it, assemble the stand, place the machine and remove the packaging ready for you or your IT team to install the drivers and start printing.  NB - this is priced on ground floor easy access and is subject to a site questionnaire which will be emailed to you on receipt of your order.  Once the questionnaire is submitted back to us we can arrange a day of your choice for delivery or advise on any charges for extraordinarily hard to reach or complicated locations.


3. Full On Site Installation - Day 1 - you will receive a placement delivery as described above in #2. Day 2 - our trained engineer will arrive to install the printer drivers, ensure that the machine is set up and running correctly and offer some basic on site user training for peace of mind.
