The HP T870 Plotter is offered as a print-only, 24" (610 mm) large-format device with no integrated scanning or copying capabilities.
If you require scanning and copying in one unit, HP offers the T850 MFP — a 36-inch (914 mm) multifunction printer that combines printing, copying, and scanning in a single machine with a front-loading scanner and intuitive one-touch shortcuts.

The HP DesignJet T850 series comprises two 36 inch models. The T850 Printer, and the T850 MFP, which comes with an integrated scanner and therefore performs scan, copy and print functions.

To extend coverage beyond the standard two years, you can purchase an HP Care Pack for 3-, 4-, or 5-year total terms. Simply select the warranty duration you prefer from the dropdown menu before checkout.

If your T870 has already gone out of warranty, please contact us — we can help arrange an official HP Post-Warranty Care Pack.
After purchase, you’ll receive an email link to register your warranty with HP and download your certificate of coverage.
Prefer us to handle it for you? Just let our team know, and we’ll register it on your behalf and send the certificate for safekeeping.
Your VAT invoice will also show the warranty details and machine serial number, serving as proof of purchase.
The HP DesignJet T870 Printer is usually in stock for next working day delivery across the UK Mainland.

For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland — including Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland — please contact us for a tailored quotation and delivery lead time.
This option is included in the online price and provides next working day delivery when ordered before 1 pm.
Your printer will arrive boxed on a pallet and be delivered to the front of the property.

The HP DesignJet T870 Printer and stand are shipped together.
Pallet size: 1310 × 570 × 640 mm | Weight: approx. 48.5 kg
If delivering to a residential address (e.g. flats or upper floors), delivery is to the building entrance or kerbside only. You’ll be responsible for bringing the box inside.
Additional items such as ink cartridges, paper rolls, or cables can sometimes be shipped separately with a different carrier.

A two-person specialist team will deliver your new HP T870 to your chosen room, unpack it, position it safely, and remove all packaging.
The printer will be left ready to power up and install drivers.
