What is an HP 739 Printhead?

The printhead is a cartridge with a series of tiny nozzles which fits into the compatible DesignJet printer. In these models there is one printehad which supports all 4 ink colours. It applies the ink from the cartridges onto the paper in thousands of tiny droplets.  These droplets of colour make up lines, text and images producing your finished print.  The printer cannot work without the printhead and all four ink cartridges installed.
