Canon LFM054 Uncoated Plain Paper is perfect for printing plans, lightweight maps, technical drawings, and in house check prints. This supersize roll length will give you more prints and less time changing rolls on the Canon TM-series printers. This true sheet size A3 paper will allow A3 portrait and A4 landscape printed from the one roll with no need to trim.
This 75gsm Canon branded paper is favoured for black & white or colour line work usually associated with technical drawings and layouts. LFM054 is a smooth matt surfaced, bright white, lightweight uncoated paper ideal for in house drawings, check prints, line work, layouts and technical drawings. It can be used on both dry toner and certain inkjet printers such as the Canon TM-series. The pigment ink in the Canon TM-series allows you to print a slightly heavier coverage print on a lighter paper. As LFM054 is uncoated it is also perfectly suitable for any kind of hand drawing with pencils or pens. LFM054 is supplied on 3 inch core which fits the TM-series using the core adapters supplied with the printer – this super long length 175mt paper roll is ideal for busy offices and sites where changing the roll less often streamlines your workflow for optimum efficiency.
If you are looking for a higher quality paper for client presentations or sharper prints then have a look at our GDS Coated Paper – these papers have an invisible inkjet coating laid over the face of the paper which grabs the wet ink as it hits the page keeping a more vivid, tighter print. The coated rolls will have a smoother feel in the hand too.
GDS holds huge stocks of printing paper and media in our NorthWest warehouse. If you are not sure what you need just give the GDS Sales Team a call on 01625 613548 and they will be happy to advise and recommend a product to perfectly match your printer and your requirements.
GDS stocks a huge range of paper and media in rolls and sheets and we know exactly what fits your Canon TM-200 Printer and what doesn’t!
The Canon TM-200 can print on a wide range of media. The new pigment ink system in this printer makes it a versatile model for architectural, construction, designers, schools, retailers and many more, printing plans, layouts & technical drawings as well stunning quality presentation designs, portfolios, posters, wall charts and banners. The pigment ink also allows you to print a slightly heavier coverage print on a lighter paper. The Canon TM-200 can also print borderless on heavier weight roll media (no margin – print edge to edge) allowing you to print posters and images on the full sheet size.
The Canon TM-200 has the following media types in the printer front panel display:
Whether you need TM-200 CAD paper (uncoated basic plain white paper) for printing technical drawings and layouts, TM-200 Presentation paper (coated with a unique inkjet layer to give a higher quality print), TM-200 Heavyweight paper, or TM-200 Photo Paper to make sure your images look tip top, we can pinpoint the roll or sheet pack for you. We have put together a selection of the most popular rolls and sheets for you to choose from, with total peace of mind for excellent print results.
Most of the rolls we suggest for the Canon TM-200 printer are supplied on a 2 inch core (50mm) (this is the tube in the centre of the paper roll which slides onto the printer spindle) – cores come in two standard sizes 50mm (2″) and 76mm (3″) and the Canon TM-200 can handle both 2 and 3 inch cores – just use the core adaptors that come with the printer to use the larger 3 inch core rolls. In fact, one of the most popular rolls for everyday technical drawings is a 594mm x 175mt 75gsm plain uncoated paper, which falls within the max 15cms roll diameter, comes on a 3 inch core and is great for avoiding changing the roll too often, meaning you can load up and get on with printing. A roll like this will produce approx. 208 x A1 drawings!
Our TM-200 paper range should give you a paper product that is suitable for any of your print jobs. Our most popular papers are:
The TM-200 is an A1 size (24″) floorstanding printer, one of the smallest A1 printers in the Canon imagePROGRAF wide format range. It can take rolls up to 24″ wide / 610mm and up to 175mts long (15cms diameter). The Canon TM-200 can also handle sheets – these need to be loaded individually. Here is an overview of the standard sizes of wide format paper rolls and sheets and the size of prints you can use them for. Sizing varies between traditional CAD sizing where true ISO sheet size is required from rolls and graphics sizing which is almost always oversized. Where a roll accommodates 2 sizes you can print both by simply turning your print to landscape.
