Fotospeed Platinum Cotton 305 Paper

Platinum Cotton 305 is a 100% cotton, Acid & OBA free Fine Art paper with a smooth natural white surface. Platinum Cotton 305 use the latest coating technology resulting in a wide colour gamut and pin sharp detail.

Platinum Cotton 305 was developed with Joe Cornish as he was looking for the ultimate in archival papers, which meant no OBA’s.

Joe Cornish said of Cotton Etching: "The current Gold Standard for any photographer aiming to make stable, archival and natural-looking prints, given the current state of the art, is a paper that is OBA free. While OBAs help papers appear beautifully bright, and are common in the majority of commercially available materials, there are a few question marks over their long term stability. So I was excited when Fotospeed asked me to trail OBA free Platinum Cotton 305".

Compatible with both dye and pigment inks.

The Fotospeed award winning Fine Art Inkjet Papers have been specifically selected for their paper and image quality and are all 100% acid-free, making them ideal for Giclee printing.

Fotospeed has been developing its Fine Art inkjet range for over 15 years. They are constantly reviewing the latest coating technologies to ensure their papers remain state of the art.

Fotospeed Fine Art Matt papers come in a wide variety of surface textures, white points and weights. Each paper has a different mixture of materials from 100% alpha cellulose to 100% cotton and mixtures in between. These base materials mean there is as much in the feel of the paper as there is in the image quality. Fotospeed are constantly pushing the boundaries of coating technologies to make sure their papers offer the best imaging qualities.

Three of the four Signature papers are Fine Art Matt papers. Each paper offers a different finish but all of them promise beautiful image quality.

The papers perform excellently with Dye or Pigment Inks.
