This material is developed for both dye-based and pigmented inks. Image durability with dye based inks will vary depending upon use and exposure to light and UV radiation. The use of pigmented inks will establish excellent indoor and outdoor longevity up to many months (dependent on exposure conditions). After printing allow at least 4 hrs of drying to obtain the outdoor water resistance. The media can be used outdoor without lamination when printed. However, we recommend protecting its surface if it is subject to abrasion or any other mechanical influences, to dirt or humidity. When dye inks are used, we recommend to always laminate the film to improve the light fastness and to protect it against smudging.
