With a capacity to handle a wide variety of media rolls on both 2-inch and 3-inch cores, the GP-200 offers stunning print output onto satin, gloss and matt papers as well as vinyl, banner and film products encompassing most marketing and display print types, from posters and wall displays, to pull up banners. This new model also offers high-precision paper edge detection which allows free-size borderless printing for all paper roll sizes, making it easy to create borderless posters without trimming.

How many prints per month is ideal for the Canon GP-200?
The GP200 is a mid-volume printer recommended for up to 100+ prints per month. For a higher volume production graphics model using the same fluorescent pink pigmented ink for excellent colour vibrancy, we recommend looking at the GP-2000 Production Graphics Model.
What inks can be used on the Canon GP-200?
The Canon GP-200 Plotter has a six colour Lucia TD ink system comprising Matte Black, Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Fluorescent Pink. The GP-200 24″ printer comes with a generous set of 90ml introductory ink cartridges in the box ready for you to start printing straight away and the replacement PFI-120 or PFI-320 ink cartridges are available from stock. Canon GP-200 Connectivity
The Canon GP200 Printer is wireless, but can also be connected via Ethernet cable to a network, or by USB cable to a PC. Canon GP-200 models do not come with a data cable in the box – if you wish to order an Ethernet Cable for a USB cable, we supply 5mt cables which can be added to your order – click HERE

Paper for the Canon GP-200
The GP-200 takes paper rolls in widths from 297mm up to the full width 610mm. The GP-200 can also accept sheets from A4 to A1 although these require individual loading so roll feed is preferable for print runs. Using roll feed, each print will be horizontally cut by the automatic cutter to drop into the handy catch basket. We recommend 432mm width for A2 prints and 610mm width for A1 size. The GP-200 printer has both 2 inch core & 3 inch core capacity so you can choose from a wide range of media from basic plain paper, through matt poster types and right up to heavyweight 260gsm satin and gloss photo paper rolls and banner film or self-adhesive vinyl. Our most popular choice for vibrant budget posters is our GDS Satin 190gsm Photo Paper or our GDS 180gsm Matt Coated Poster Roll.
