Canon IJM262 190gsm satin photo paper is a universal product which will work well on all brands of wide format inkjet plotters and printers. We recommend this paper for printing of wallcharts, photos and posters, POS posters where a lightweight paper is required. Also available in Canon IJM263 260gsm heavyweight satin photo paper.

Canon IJM262 photo satin is constructed with a high opacity base, a 2-sided PE coating, and 4 level ink jet layers to control ink absorption and facilitate lamination. In basic terms this means that the back is coated and the front paper surface is coated 4 times with an inkjet coating in the production process to allow it accept and absorb more ink without cockling (the paper won’t warp with a lot of ink).

Canon IJM262 instant dry photo satin paper has good lamination properties and therefore can be used for short term outdoor signage if laminated – we would recommend also ideally using a pigment ink machine for printing for this purpose.
