What you see is what you print a simple guide to the Mirage user interface.
One of the best features of Mirage RIP is its simple, user friendly interface. A wide range of options are clearly arranged in the left-hand panel with a large print preview to the right.
The large print preview enhances the experience by providing a real time ‘what you see is what you print’ window displaying the roll width and image layout.
With a single click you can duplicate images numerous times for consistent results, the auto arrange feature ensures your paper stocks are optimised saving costs.
Printing multiple images together really helps to save on paper costs. This is often referred to as ‘nesting’ and minimises paper waste. Mirage enables you to add multiple images together on the roll, each image can be duplicated and individually sized according to your requirements.
In addition to sizing, auto arranging and nesting of multiple images Mirage also includes the option to add a border to allow for mounting. This option is simple to use and once again provides a real time preview of the finished print. Print marks can also be added to assist trimming after print.
