Finance Packages

Purchasing a new wide format printer, scanner or MFP can be a big decision for any business and can impact on cash flow, so GDS offers finance packages on all our hardware via HPFS (Hewlett Packard International Bank plc).

From entry level CAD machines to the higher priced Latex models, finance can be arranged through HPFS on any brand of machine including HP, Canon and Colortrac devices, and over any term from 12 – 60 months.

You can choose from the following finance types:

• Fair Market Value** (FMV) – rental and return equipment – VAT on repayments
• Finance Lease** – negotiate renewal or return equipment – VAT on repayments
• Hire Purchase** – purchase equipment at end of hire period for £100 – VAT payable upfront

Setting up finance with HPFS is simple and the credit approval is often immediate for established limited companies.  We will take care of the application for you and, once accepted, we will send over the agreement for you to read, sign and return.  Once we return the signed document to HPFS with your ID, we just need their approval to dispatch your order.  It couldn’t be more simple!

Sometimes it is good to know your monthly costs overall, so you can also choose to add consumables (inks and paper/media), extended warranty cover, enhanced delivery or installation packages and training, allowing you to get one monthly or quarterly payment to cover your printing costs.

For full peace of mind, GDS recommends purchasing an extended warranty product for your machine in line with the term you choose.
